Hotel Eastport

We had a lovely view of Central Lake, and after dark Sunset Island was lit up. The hotel staff were courteous, and the room price was more than reasonable. We also had an excellent dinner at Yamas. It's worth taking a little getaway so close to home.

Andrew, the front desk supervisor, made my stay memorable. He was professional, personable, and attentive, and he handled the details and check-in smoothly with a warm smile. He even anticipated what I needed before I asked. The whole front desk team was organized, courteous, and ready to help, and Andrew clearly sets a strong example. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and cared for. What could have been an ordinary stay turned into a great experience because of the service. I'll be back and hope Andrew is at the desk again.

There was plenty to do around the hotel, and I'll come back. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and knew their stuff. The hotel and spacious rooms were clean and well cared for. We did run into a couple of small maintenance problems, but both were fixed promptly. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were here for a basketball tournament, and our first stay at The Eastport definitely won't be our last. The grounds were well kept, the room was beautiful and very clean, and we appreciated the little touches in the amenities. Every staff member we met went out of their way to help. Thanks for such a great experience.
