The people were nice, but the room made my skin crawl. There were missing and broken items, and it was filthy, clearly not cleaned. The worst was finding used q-tips and wadded-up socks from who knows how many guests ago. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you'd stay here.

Nice place, and the rooms are a good size too.

The room we ended up with was the one the receptionist showed me after the first option hadn't been cleaned and looked like the guests were still there. The AC sounded ragged and never warmed the room, while the TV had just five channels and none came in clearly. The toilet kept running unless I fiddled with the handle. Being right by the road made it noisy, and the whole place felt gross and run down. Quite possibly the worst motel I've stayed in.

The cooler couldn't bring the room temperature down, and there was no clean toiletry. The ceiling had water damage too. I asked to switch rooms, but the new one had a broken light switch, so I couldn't turn on the lights, and one bed had no blanket. When I went downstairs for a refund, they refused. I'm still trying to get my money back. I ended up staying at the Motel 6 down the way and had a great stay there. Any positive comments here must be management trying to boost its own ratings. This place is horrible.

The room and bathroom didn't have trash cans, and the blanket had cigarette holes. Even though I asked for a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes, and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The door had no way to see who was knocking. The TV channels didn't work either; when I told the front desk, the guy just said there was no service.
