The tub was so gross I couldn't even take a bath, and our room wasn't very clean. Most of the staff at the Red Lion were friendly, but one woman on the night-to-morning shift wasn't. Shawn, the afternoon guy, was cool, really helpful, and always had a smile. He was the one who made our stay better.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. I had a wonderful stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites Ontario. My room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable.

I was wary of trying another independent hotel after paying top dollar for musty, outdated rooms and being treated like a commodity across the state. I'm so glad I gave this one a try. It was the best hotel I've stayed at in years. The customer service was twice as good at half the price, and the amenities were a great value. Thanks for making me feel welcome and appreciated. Skip the nonsense and just book here!

The walls were thin enough that I could hear my neighbor's TV running all night. It would've been easy to get invested in the show if I'd not been trying to sleep. But if you need a good, working hot tub after driving across several states, you'll be happy here. The continental breakfast was about as good as they get. After five days of driving on a budget and staying in cheap hotels to save a dime, The Red Lion felt like a palace compared with places at a similar price. You won't find a better budget stay. I'm adding an extra day here to rest before I drive on to my final destination.

The whole place felt comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the hotel was.
