The staff were friendly and quick to help, which was great. The room didn’t live up to the other reviews, though. There was a big red stain on the carpet by the mini fridge, plus little glitter pieces near the beds. Odd bits of who knows what were scattered on the walls, and the bathroom wall and tub had red marks. The room smelled like a litter box. The hot tub was closed for service.

I had to stay with a friend because the room was in no condition for me to stay in. It smelled strongly and foul, there was dust everywhere, and the whole place seemed extremely poorly maintained. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the noise made it impossible to rest. I told the staff about the problems, but they said they couldn’t do anything.

The location was the main reason I booked, and it made getting around easy. The convention center was a five-minute walk away, with several restaurants nearby, including an In-N-Out. Free breakfast, a pool, and a hot tub sound appealing if you’re on a tight budget. Still, the experience felt cheap and tacky, and I’d probably never return. It might work as a bare-bones choice if budget is your absolute top concern. The room wing was very dated, and the heavily stained carpets made everything feel dingy. Noise was a constant problem: the fan ran all the time and was loud and annoying, while poor soundproofing let us hear doors slam and feel people walking in the room next door. The first night was restless, though I got decent sleep the second. The decor was tacky too, with cheap, ugly wall art and several copies of the same fruit bowl painting. One of those prints even had a big hole poked through it. Breakfast technically filled you up, but the waffles were ice cold, flavorless, and like cardboard. Service was very slow because one attendant was overwhelmed by the long line. They ran out of basics like coffee, and one guest took at least ten plates of food upstairs, leaving even less of the already slow-to-refill food for others. Housekeeping also doesn’t clean automatically, you have to specifically ask.

We had a cozy, really nice weekend here as a family, and I loved the hotel. Ryan at the front desk helped arrange our two rooms next to each other, which we appreciated. The staff were very accommodating. Thanks for all the help, we’ll definitely stay again.
