The pool and patio area are beautiful, and I enjoyed my stay. The curtains block out the light really well, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Everything was very clean, and I have no complaints. It’s a mid to upscale hotel. Sorry I didn’t bring my phone out to the hot tub, lol.

Unless you’re a UPS pilot, I’d stay far away. Veronica and the other night staff were among the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. The staff treated ordinary guests terribly, and this was honestly the worst hotel customer experience I’ve had. I still can’t believe how bad it was.

Thanks, Alyssa, for always being so kind and making us feel special. The staff are wonderful and professional, and the hotel is clean. It’s convenient for getting around, even to the Rose Bowl, and worth the price and drive. Go Hoosiers!

My wife and I loved staying here. Ruben and the manager were good people and helped us out, and the hospitality was the best. Breakfast tasted so fresh and was really good. I’d definitely come back.

I’ve stayed at a few Ayres hotels, and this one was clean, comfortable, and very nice for our one night. At check-in, two female employees kept talking to each other through most of the process. I was greeted and helped, but their conversation seemed unrelated to work, and I felt like I was interrupting them. The employee who wasn’t helping me had very long, bushy fake eyelashes that distracted me, and she kept looking at and playing on her phone. I found that unprofessional and rude. If you’re the first person a guest meets at the front desk, your attention should be on them, not a separate conversation or your phone. That’s why I gave service two stars.
