My flight was delayed, but the hotel picked me up by shuttle and the customer service was great. The bartender was great too, and my room was very clean. I had a wonderful stay and will choose this hotel whenever I’m in Austin. They didn’t disappoint. Thank you all!

The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the shower has fantastic pressure and gets very hot. The AC blows really cold, and the rooms, hallways, and common areas were clean and smelled amazing. The staff were super nice as well. For me, this hotel beats some Mariotts, Hyatt Regencys, and even some Westins. I only wish the location were better. The TV doesn’t have Netflix or other streaming, though you can connect a computer if you bring all the cables. The restaurant is pricey for a Holiday Inn, and the food seemed reheated from a package rather than fresh. That might be fine, but not at those prices.

The rooms were really nice, some of the best I remember seeing at a holiday inn. Just don’t count on getting change for a $5 at the front desk or restaurant for housekeeping or van tips. I did manage to get change from the van driver, for the record.

The room was really nice, but we weren’t told at arrival that breakfast was paid. I got up earlier than I otherwise would have, only to find out it cost $20. We decided we’d rather go to a good restaurant than pay that for a hotel breakfast.
