They gave our room to someone else, and said we were the 43rd group it had happened to that day. Don’t stay or make a reservation here. The front desk person was nice, even with all of us upset.

Our room was 60 degrees, and the building had no heat. The desk offered a small electric heater, but it shut off after about five minutes and needed to be unplugged for a while before it would work again. They also offered to move us farther inside, where it might be warmer. I should’ve accepted. The window had no latch, so it couldn’t be secured shut. We were exhausted and otherwise would have left. I’ll never stay here again.

Our room was 85 degrees, and we’re traveling with an infant. The front desk woman was no help. I offered to make it work for tonight if we could get a different room tomorrow, but she said she couldn’t do that. I’d walked past lots of open rooms, yet she didn’t even seem to try. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. If I could give zero stars, I would. It needs to be shut down.

A decent enough place for what it costs, but there was no overnight desk worker. My card stopped working, and I couldn’t get into my room. That was a really lousy situation. At least my car was comfortable.

The room was amazing, and my kids called it luxurious. The price was cheap, even though the place is under construction, and more expensive hotels don’t compare. The staff were super personable. Simply amazing, highly recommend!
