We spent four nights in a suite and had a good stay. It was clean and quiet, and the heating worked well. There was a kitchen, but it had old equipment and not enough of it. Service could be better, especially for guests using the kitchen.

The room was spacious, with a decent desk and a breakfast nook bar, and the place was quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy. I’d stay again, but I’d plan to eat breakfast somewhere else. Here it was instant oatmeal and coffee.

I arrived on November 22nd and left without a room. Andre, the staff member who was there, refused to help me. I waited for over an hour while he did nothing to resolve it. I was exhausted and stressed, and the disrespect made an already bad situation worse. It disrupted my plans and left me very frustrated. I’m asking for immediate action and a full refund for this unacceptable service.

The location worked for us, about a mile on foot from the Eisenhower ave metro, and the price wasn’t bad for what we got. Check-in went smoothly even though it was 11pm, and the desk service was nice. The bathroom was mostly clean, but one sheet had a yellow stain and didn’t seem fresh. All the room lights flickered, and WiFi was out for one of the days. Breakfast was just coffee and prepackaged food, nothing special.
