Our room is very clean, and we’re happy with everything at Extended Stay America. The staff are so nice and efficient. Whatever we need, they do their best to help us out.

The staff make you feel at home here. I’ve been coming to this landmark location for a few years and highly recommend it. Michael and Senait keep the hotel running properly. The rooms are consistently clean and everything works.

It’s a decent option if you’re busy with work or staying a short time, and the staff have been very accommodating. The place is safe despite how it may look, the guests are nice, and I haven’t heard of cars being stolen from or broken into, including mine. There are no vermin on the property that I’ve seen, though I have seen rats at night across the street by the bushes, and one or two in the parking lot. There are rat traps, and it seems well managed. It’s also pet-friendly. Still, it isn’t especially clean, repairs and supplies are sometimes lacking, and there are lots of smokers outside. They do move aside considerately if you’re passing, and smokers may be comfortable here. Staff are genuinely nice. Some of the doors have had their handles removed, so you can exit but can’t come back in that way. Going out a side door means walking through various kinds of smoke. There’s litter and people hanging out behind the hotel at night, since it’s across a service road from a shopping plaza. Inside, the faux-wood floors were dirty enough that I needed to clean them myself before going barefoot. The trash-room floor gets cleaned, though I’m not sure how often. Once, sticky pink soda on the floor got on my flip-flops and tracked into my room. Clean rags are available if you ask. Most supplies are decent quality and plentiful, but tissues are thin and they sometimes run out of toilet paper, Kleenex, or kitchenware. The furnishings are okay but worn. They recently replaced all the beds and TVs. The new televisions are even bigger than the old ones, which already seemed too big to me. One is wider than the dresser, leaving little room to put anything on top. Radios aren’t great either. The sound is bad, one room I looked at during a possible room change had no radio, and the one in my room has no markings. There’s also an extraordinary amount of dust in the rooms.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Extended Stay Americas over the years, and this one is cleaner, nicer, and quieter than many. Bilen welcomed me at the front desk, and she was warm, helpful, and kind. Check-in was quick and easy, and she made me feel welcome. The whole staff here is pleasant, kind, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the place. Six stars. Great job!
