Hilton Alexandria Mark Center

The views were great, and everyone on staff was friendly. There’s a restaurant and bar downstairs, plus a coffee and snack shop near the lobby, so it’s convenient if you’re hungry and don’t want to head out. We had a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to people visiting the area.

We usually stay in Airbnbs because we travel so much for work, and it had been over ten years since our last hotel stay. Booking here at the last minute was easy, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast downstairs was a treat, with an omelet and waffle bar, all the fixings, and plenty more on the buffet. Richard made a yummy omelet, and the dining room staff kept checking that everyone had what they needed. Exceptional breakfast. Thanks to all the staff at the Alexandria Hilton for a great stay!

Those beds were so comfortable, and Mario at the front desk made my stay easy. I showed up with about a thousand questions, and he answered them patiently and knew his stuff. I was dragging before I’d had my coffee and probably looked lost, but Esther was so warm and helped me find something that worked for a picky eater like me. The breakfast was wonderful. I had an amazing time here and can’t wait to return to Hilton Alexandria Mark. Thank you!

The room felt suffocating because it smelled strongly and had poor ventilation, and the windows wouldn’t open. There was no microwave in the room, so we had to go down six floors and walk a few minutes to use one, and it took a while to heat our food. The refrigerator was right beside the bathroom, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic.
