Lanai Motel

I had a freezing night because the heater kept tripping the breaker and stopping. It made it hard to sleep. The place was filthy too. The bedding looked bad enough that I had to request a fresh set and change it myself. I don't think the money saved by staying here is worth it, and I wouldn't return.

HAUNTED. Only complaint. We heard the light switch, then a split second later the light went off, even though it uses a switch rather than motion sensors. The door was partly closed, then opened. We heard talking, snoring, and lively sounds to the right, where there aren't any rooms. The room and bathroom were clean, and you get what you pay for. We only stayed a couple of hours after 5pm. The Chinese spot next door is the best, so extra stars for that.

We were there just a few days ago, and it was the worst place ever. The woman at the front was extremely rude. Our room had no towels, so my husband went to ask her for some, and she was rude to him. He came back to shower, but there was no hot water, even after we let it run for quite a while. He called the front desk, and the same woman insisted there was hot water when there wasn't. She was extremely rude about the service fee too. I'll never come back!

I was only there for a short visit, but from what I saw, it was a pleasant place to rest and relax.
