The room was so clean it felt brand new, and Mona was friendly when I asked to see it. She answered all our questions and really went out of her way to help. This is easily the best one in the city. I’d come back every time.

The smell hit as soon as we walked in, and it was awful. There was mold on the walls, the picture frames and pictures inside them, and the bathroom ceiling. The mattress and linens were stained enough to look like they’d come from a dumpster, so I checked for bed bugs. I took lots of photos. I woke up stuffy and wouldn’t shower or even eat there. This place feels like a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The website pictures don’t even show this property. Avoid it, especially if you’re allergic to dust or mold.

There were huge roaches in my room, and rats as big as cats in the breakfast area. The rooms reek of mold, and the bedding smelled like it had never been cleaned. I’ve stayed twice because of work, thinking I’d give the place another chance, but no. Each time I ask for the manager, the front desk gives me the same answer, that she isn’t there. If you run a business, you should be around. The manager seems lazy. Absolutely disgusting. I’d give it minus a million stars if I could.

We canceled at 4:00, right after arriving and seeing and smelling the rooms, but the hotel is still holding our money. The lobby restroom was out of order and smelled awful, and the first room we viewed had black mold. My name wasn’t on the reservation for our group of 12 rooms, yet we were charged for all 12 even though the hotel wasn’t booked. There were only two trucks in the parking lot. I can’t get the manager to call me. The pictures look AI generated and don’t match the hotel. I had to give it a star to post this.
