The front desk women were always pleasant and quick to help us with towels, and the room was clean when we got there. We did go three days without housekeeping replacing linens or towels, even after asking at the desk. The TV also wouldn't connect to a network, so we couldn't stream, and that wasn't fixed after a maintenance request. The airport was close enough that getting to and from our rental drop-off was super quick and easy.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was meant to run until 9:30 on Friday (11/28), but when we came down at 9:00, there was nothing left. We weren't the only confused guests, several others looked just as surprised. When I politely asked the attendant about coffee cups, she snapped, “Whatever is out there.” I asked about Frosted Flakes too, and she barked, “All that’s out there.” There was no courtesy, effort, or hospitality. The rooms were clean and spacious, with no complaints there. The cleaning crew was the only part of the stay that exceeded expectations. I usually leave staff working holidays a $10-$20 tip, but over Thanksgiving weekend, none of the front desk staff or the breakfast attendant earned one. I hope management reviews the cameras and takes action. Staff need proper training, especially those who interact with guests first thing in the morning. Very, very disappointed with breakfast.

The housekeepers were nice and helped make my stay smooth. Housekeeper Davis, I believe that was her name, also recommended some good food spots. I was there to visit family, and had a good stay. The room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and I really liked the workout room. Definitely recommend.

Everyone there has been friendly and courteous. Melinda, who works in the kitchen most of the time, is especially sweet. I absolutely love her. Highly recommend for further benefits.
