Econo Lodge Allentown North

As soon as we entered the room, we knew it wasn’t going to work. We’ve stayed in some questionable places, but this one was disgusting: roaches were crawling on the bed, it wasn’t clean, and the fridge smelled like something had died in it. I tried to get a refund through the third party I booked with, but they won’t give one. Save your money and go across the street!

0/10, stay anywhere else. We had to leave and book another hotel that night because the room was so dirty and unsanitary. It had cleaning supplies left in it, and getting there meant walking up a staircase that smelled strongly of pee. Check-in took forever too. When I asked for a refund, the front desk employee refused to help. Since then, they’ve dodged my calls and messages about getting the money back. Management has made no effort to sort it out. The place is sketchy, dirty, and extremely unprofessional.

The room at Econo Lodge Allentown was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, which made it easy to relax. Staff were friendly and professional, and always ready to help with a smile. For what I paid, the value and service were better than I expected, and the stay was stress-free. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I found another hotel nearby and didn’t stay the night. This motel was disgusting: the bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, the bathroom mirror was broken, and there was even a used condom on the staircase. I’ve never been to one this horrible.
