Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Lehigh Valley

Abdul’s service was five star. He could fit in at a Four Seasons. The housekeeping was one star. We stayed a week and housekeeping came once, although the room was clean that time. When we arrived, there was hair in the toilet and shower, which was disgusting. We asked why housekeeping never came again and were told it was every other day, which would have been fine if it had happened. The pool water was pleasantly warm even with it 8 degrees F outside, but the pool area floor was dirty with crumbs and other things that didn’t belong there. My spouse used it one morning. The gym was surprisingly nice, with two elliptical machines, which I didn’t expect at a Four Point or equivalent hotel. We’re being generous with three stars. Without Abdul’s excellent service, it would have been lower.

The Linx restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient, with very good food and service, and the location worked well for the hospital. The front desk staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our room was spacious and very clean. I’ll definitely stay at Four Points again.

The staff were excellent, very nice and accommodating. It’s easy to get to right off the highway, and the rooms were quiet. I’d recommend staying here. The pool was a little chilly, but that was expected after the recent below 0 temperatures.

Clean rooms, soft beds, and the room’s AC and heat both worked fine. The staff were nice, the internet was decent, and there’s a decent sized parking lot that can fit most trucks. The lobby can get a little busy because of the ground floor restaurant, but it was never rowdy. My one real annoyance is that the TVs have their settings locked behind a controller, so you can’t adjust things like brightness. It’s a niche complaint and not worth taking off a star, but it did bug me.
