I stayed for two weeks and don't regret it. The price was good, the area was great, and the room had what I needed for the money. You aren't getting a Hilton, but it's a decent way to save some cash. The cigarette smell can get strong if someone in a nearby room is smoking. I think they should get rid of the rule that lets people smoke in rooms. And be decent to the staff: treat them respectfully and they'll do the same, but don't be rude.

If you leave something in your room and aren't on the reservation, good luck getting it back. They were right there with an attitude and offered no help. The behavior was disgusting. Don't stay here, there's a better hotel across the street.

The rooms smelled like an old ashtray, and there were cigarette burns on the bed skirt. The next day, after we went out, neither key worked when we came back. Then I found my family's things had been removed from the second room, the one I'd paid for twice. The hotel hadn't stolen them, but had taken them out of the room. At arrival, I had booked two rooms for two nights through an agent, but was told I'd only paid for one and had to buy the other again. The gentleman who helped was kind and sorted it out, but everything else went downhill. When I asked about the belongings, Jennifer at the front desk said, “Well you only paid for one room, not my problem.” I explained I'd paid again at check-in and asked how anyone could think running a business this way was acceptable. She replied, “We have bills to pay.” When I pointed out how absurd it was, she said, “Nobody asked you to stay here.” Fair enough, I chose to stay, and that's on me. But this Motel of Misery had bad attitudes, shady surroundings, and a smell of old Marlboros and despair. It ought to come with a warning label and a tetanus shot. I'd rather sleep in my car in a thunderstorm at a haunted rest stop. 0/10.

For the price, you get a clean room, helpful staff, and a good vibe. It doesn't have the extras of a high-end hotel, but it's a solid budget stay. I come here a lot because of my living situation, and honestly it's a good place for what it costs. I'd recommend it if you're trying to save money.
