The shower was great, the room was very clean, and the location is convenient and affordable. But it was VERY noisy well into the night, the beds aren't comfortable, and everything feels bare, right down to the bedding. What's the point of a kitchen with nothing in it? We'll likely not come back.

The room is compact but has studio-apartment amenities, including a full-size fridge, kitchenette, stove burners, microwave, and grocery cabinets. The burners and microwave worked well. Cookware is available for an extra fee, so bring your own if you need it. The bathroom was nice, the firm mattress helped me sleep well, and the temperature control kept the room just right, though it could get loud. The fridge was convenient but also noisy at times. It's pet friendly, has plenty of parking, and Uber Eats and Grubhub cover many options a short drive away. I knew when booking that this wasn't a luxury hotel, and the pricing is good for an extended stay. There were problems, though. My direct booking total, including tax, was higher at check-in than the amount quoted and held on my card. I was first put in a room with an awful smell, but they changed it quickly and agreed it smelled bad. There's no regular housekeeping; rooms are cleaned every 14 days, and clean towels and linens cost extra. During my 11-day stay, a guest talked on speakerphone in the hallway for over an hour after midnight. On day nine, housekeeping came to complain about a small tied trash bag I'd left by the door for pickup, since there was no housekeeping service. He told me to take it outside to the dumpster at the far end of the rear parking lot, in the snow. Most staff were friendly and polite, but that was an unnecessarily confrontational and inhospitable way to treat a guest.

For under $75, I got a clean room, a decent location near a lot of things, and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was included, and the room had a fridge and microwave, a nice touch even though I didn't need them. The hotel is well lit, right off the highway. It's a nice option for the price, and things could have been worse. I was there for one night before a procedure the next day. Coffee was only available for a few hours in the morning. Another guest left a pile of old fast-food bags next to my car, and the room had very few soaps and shampoos. The TV remote took several tries to sort out. The first had dead batteries, and even after it was replaced, a very nice employee couldn't link it to the TV with three different remotes. I was told to bring it up with the front desk later that evening, but by then I didn't think it was worth the trouble.

What a find! We checked in very late, and the manager and staff were amazing, helpful, and accommodating. Traveling with our fur baby, we especially appreciated that dogs are welcome. The facility was clean, with no carpeting in the hallways or bedrooms, which matters since they allow dogs. We'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
