We’ve stayed here three times on weekends, and the beds are the best we’ve had at an IHG in a long time. The hotel is beautiful, but why is the weekend breakfast the same every time? It’s eggs and turkey sausage, with no waffles or pancakes for the kids. My friend stayed during the week and said there were options like biscuits and gravy and waffles. This needs to change, or the kitchen manager needs a talking to. I’m contacting corporate now.

Great value, and the staff were nice and helpful. The closet rod wasn’t sturdy, and there was no bag for dirty clothes like every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The patched spots on the walls also need paint.

We did stay Friday night because we had a reservation, and the breakfast was really nice. But the room smelled like weed and the bathroom was full of ants, so we’ll find another hotel. Also, beware of a $10,000 credit card charge even if you haven’t stayed there. No typo. They charged me Wednesday, said the pending charge would drop off, but it didn’t. It’s now fully charged to the card.

Large rooms, a very clean hotel, and a great selection at breakfast. It’s right off I-20 in Longview, TX, and the convenient location and good room rates make this my hotel of choice.

The rooms were extremely quiet, with hardly any noise from outside or other guests. The hotel was nice, the front desk staff were courteous, and we’d definitely stay again. It had the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in a long time. The one issue was room service. We like clean towels daily, so we didn’t put up the “do not disturb” hanger. We left the dirty towels by the bathroom, and housekeeping took them without leaving clean ones. They also didn’t empty the trash, which was really annoying.
