I travel a lot, and this Embassy Suites is modern and well maintained, with outstanding staff. The hotel couldn’t issue room keys from Friday through Sunday because of a technical problem, which was definitely inconvenient. Still, the staff got everyone to their rooms without complaint, across six floors, including the exercise room and other areas. The front desk team, breakfast attendants, bar staff, and maintenance people were all friendly and professional. I expect someone may complain about this past weekend, so I wanted to give the team a five-star rating. Kudos!

The location in Halcyon has plenty to do, with dinner, drinks, and shopping nearby. The hotel is lovely and all the staff were great. Biggest shout-out to my bartender, Jenny. She was the best, remembered our drinks and pours the whole time we were there, and really stood out. I highly recommend the hotel and location if you’re in the area.

The room was immaculate, clean, and really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my business trip. The bar had lots of options, and the free cocktails from 5 to 6:30 were amazing. It’s in a great spot near restaurants and family-friendly places. I’d definitely stay again. Well done.

The area was good and felt safe, and the shower had plenty of hot water with decent pressure, something I’d seen complaints about in other reviews. The newer property has nice rooms, though it doesn’t have the usual Embassy design. Parking was difficult and fairly expensive: either pay $27 for valet and wait, or $20 to park a long walk away in the elements. The lobby didn’t feel very inviting, breakfast was just okay, and I felt like I was bothering nearly every staff member I spoke with.

The breakfast bar is awesome, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful, and cocktails at the drinks bar are included in the price. The hotel is right off the highway and easy to miss, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, including Starbucks.
