The Anthem

I moved out of the Anthem for reasons that had nothing to do with the building, and I had a great experience living there. Every member of the team was friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests were handled beyond what I expected. Lauren, the property manager, was a delight to work with. I highly recommend the building.

I loved my 15 months at the anthem. The doormen were great, and whenever something needed fixing, it was repaired promptly. Lauren is a gem. I only moved out to be closer to work, and I’d happily live here again and recommend it to others.

The Anthem has been a wonderful place to live over my 13 months here. The apartments have plenty of space, and the building and amenities are kept in great shape. When I put in a repair request, someone usually shows up within a few hours. Shin and Lauren also made the tour and move-in process straightforward and quick, and were easy to reach whenever I had questions. The doormen, staff, and other residents are all incredibly friendly. I’d recommend living here.

The rooftop is a great escape from the city, especially in spring when it feels like a botanical garden, and it’s only a quick elevator ride up. I’ve lived at The Anthem for five years, and it’s the best Murray Hill has to offer. The gym is excellent and reserved for residents, so there’s no waiting around for machines. Staff know you by name and clearly care. The south-facing apartments from the 17th floor up get loads of sunshine and stay quiet, facing away from busy 34th Street.
