I called three hours ahead to ask about early check-in. I was driving a rental and planning around gas and timing, so I wanted to be prepared. I understand if an early arrival can't be accommodated with a third-party booking. I got there at 2:50 p.m. and waited until 3. A nice gentleman asked me to give it another 15-30 minutes, so I left and came back at 3:45. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and said there was no later check-out. Then she told me it might be another 15 minutes. The communication and chamber service were the worst I've had from an extended stay. I was recommended this place and am really disappointed.

The halls smelled bad, and the elevator was especially foul. My room also had an unpleasant odor and hadn't been properly maintained. There were no clean towels, shampoo, or hairdryer. When I asked the front desk for help, staff seemed unsure whether those items were even available and weren't much help. Even with a confirmed reservation paid online, check-in took more than 30 minutes. The property's cleanliness and service were disappointing and need attention.

DaWanna has been absolutely AWESOME. She's the staff member I've dealt with most during my stay, and she's always been gracious and made sure my needs were taken care of. Any inconvenience was handled quickly. The whole staff has been great, and this is a wonderfully run property. Hope I spelled DaWanna's name right!
