The rooms are beautiful, the temperature control actually works, and it’s quiet and comfortable when you’re tired or not feeling great. I’ve used the day stay option because a close family member has chemo treatments every two weeks, and I live nowhere near the area. It’s incredibly helpful. The hours are 9am-5pm, I believe, for $79. My issue is that getting a reservation for a day stay has been difficult the past few times. When I ask to book on the day or even days ahead, sometimes they seem unsure what I mean. I’d give this 5 stars, or 4.5 if I could, if that were easier. Breakfast is a 10/10. I’ve sometimes been allowed in early and could grab a little breakfast before it closes at 9, even though check-in is at 9. If the owner responds here, do day stay guests get breakfast? I’ll post pictures next time. It’s a solid choice, stay here.

Chris and his teammates made this a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, the room comfortable, and the beds cozy. It’s also well located for restaurants and shopping. When our guests and I had a problem with the toilet, Chris stepped in even though he was about to finish his shift. He handled it quickly and professionally, then followed up to make sure we were moved to a new room. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. That dedication is rare, and I think he has a bright future in hospitality management.

Breakfast changed from potatoes and bacon on the first day to Canadian bacon and French toast sticks on the second. The trouble was keeping it stocked. Staff fell behind, and sometimes nobody spoke up when I needed help. Those were minor issues, though, and for the price this is one of the best hotel deals around. I’m pretty happy with the place. The modern 2 Queen room feels like a studio apartment, and the shower has incredible pressure.

We booked two rooms at the Hyatt on 1/31 this year, but the snow storm in Atlanta forced a last minute change of plans. We had to move a special occasion that was meant to happen elsewhere to the Hyatt. The night manager at the desk went out of their way to help with special arrangements, and I’m so grateful. It saved the occasion from being ruined. The breakfast buffet was great, and the whole experience was fabulous.

Tara at the front desk was AWESOME, friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. I had an important business mtg at the front counter all day with laptops, a portable printer, and conversation. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the two girls working it were AWESOME too. But night auditor Antwan talks way too loudly and disturbs guests eating breakfast. The first day he was too loud, and the second he argued loudly on speaker phone with Booking.com. I could hear him at the ice machine.
