Juncture

We’ve been at Juncture for a few years, and it’s been a great experience so far. The leasing office and maintenance crew are especially kind, respectful, and quick to help. I don’t want to single anyone out because every team member I’ve dealt with has been wonderful and works hard. Thanks to the Juncture team for all the effort and for making this such a good place to live. I hope we can all keep living here in harmony.

I have photos of the walls before and after the vendor’s access, along with the watch box and documents. I also have records showing two different deposit amounts, $950 and $250. I want the company held accountable for letting someone in without authorization, the damage, and my missing personal property. I was told I’d owe extra rent if I didn’t return the keys by 9:00 AM on move-out day. Yet management let a vendor into the apartment before I’d returned them. The freshly painted walls were damaged during that period, and my designer watch went missing. When I reported it, the company said the vendor denied taking the watch. That denial doesn’t resolve what happened. Management also claimed I admitted to leaving the apartment unlocked. I don’t speak English or Spanish, so I couldn’t have made that statement. To me, this points to negligence at best, and possibly fraudulent practices.

What made Juncture feel like home was the staff. Katie the manager, Victoria, Nazila, Lyndsey Dayna and Amber have all gone out of their way to make things good for residents. Maintenance is great too, always on top of things and ready to help. I’ve met some lovely people here, and the creative events make it easy to get to know others. Taco Tuesday and Casino Night are two examples. There’s plenty here for dogs, including two parks, and people are considerate of each other and their pets. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The amenities include two saltwater pools, two yoga studios, two gyms, and two business centers with Apple computers, a Windows one, and a printer. I’ve been happy here for the past year and could easily have stayed for good. I’m only leaving because I’m moving out of state. I’ll definitely be visiting Juncture again. I moved to Juncture when it first opened, and living in this lively part of Alpharetta has felt pretty luxurious. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to spend less time at work and more at home. My experience with the leasing staff went back and forth, with good moments and bad ones, but living here made that matter less.
