The rooms are comfortable and the property is very clean, in a quiet, convenient location. There are plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment choices within a 5-10 min drive, and it feels safe for solo travelers and families. I’ve stayed here several times on extended business trips. The staff, including Damian, Jacques, La’Joya, and team, are superb, and housekeeping does a great job. A few recurring snags explain my 4 stars: one of the two elevators was out for a while, making trips slow; the washer and dryers couldn’t be used on two of my stays because of a payment equipment issue; and shower pressure varies by room, affecting how much water leaks onto the floor. None of that is a deal breaker for me.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean, but poor communication and billing made the stay far more stressful than it needed to be. I had prepaid for two nights, then got an email during meetings on day one saying my stay had ended after one night. They asked me to make another reservation for the second night and assured me I could stay in the same room with my things there. That didn’t happen. When I came back, my suitcase was missing. I was sent between two rooms, and it took nearly an hour to find my belongings in the office. I had to cancel a client dinner because of the delay. The evening manager was kind and professional, but clearly overwhelmed and alone on duty, while other guests were waiting too. I was also charged $260 for night two, more than my original rate. For business travelers, belongings being secure, clear communication, and consistent pricing matter. This stay fell short on all three.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the service and would highly recommend staying here. A waffle maker would make it perfect.

The clerk abruptly told me to leave while I was sitting in the lobby charging my car. I couldn’t find any sign saying customers paying to charge their vehicles couldn’t use the lobby. When I politely asked about the policy as I was leaving, the clerk threatened to call the authorities. They also deliberately addressed me with a misgendered title in a condescending way, which felt meant to humiliate me in front of other guests. The clerk raised their voice and drew attention from people nearby. I later called the hotel to report it. The representative started off calm, then turned icy, offered what felt like scripted apologies without addressing the problem, and the call suddenly went dead. They hung up on me. The lack of respect and accountability at [Hotel Name] was appalling. As a paying customer, I expect dignity regardless of my identity or appearance. I won’t bring my business or EV charging needs here again. If you value being treated with respect, I’d advise going elsewhere.
