Everything worked well during my stay, even the heat in the room during the arctic weather. Free parking, plus a cart and elevator for luggage. Plenty of hot water and outlets, and customer service was excellent. They also replied to chat messages promptly.

I slept well because it was quiet at night, and the price seemed fair compared with other studio suites I’ve tried that were dirty, noisy, or had bugs. I’d stay again. The room was clean, roomy, and had what I needed: a spacious closet, TV with Netflix, a large desk, a pull-out table, and a sofa bed. The kitchen was small but useful, with a two-burner stove, microwave, sink, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and enough dishes and utensils for two. Breakfast is available in the morning, and the lobby has snacks, drinks, and meals. The staff were friendly enough, and making the reservation online and checking in both went smoothly. The bed felt a little hard, and there was a strange sulfur-like smell on the first floor near the elevator after leaving the lobby.

I travel for work and stay at Marriotts often, but this was a bad choice. The staff were nice, yet the place felt more suited to long stays and badly in need of an update. I felt uneasy in the room and only went there to sleep. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The sink drain didn’t work, and a stovetop button was broken. Neither problem got prompt or professional attention. Staff in general were rude and dismissive throughout, which made an already terrible stay worse. The manager also walked into OUR room and made odd remarks about our belongings. He complained about the room’s smell, though the whole first floor had a strong, unpleasant odor the entire time. After he kept making unnecessary comments, I asked for his name so I could document what was happening. He threatened to call the police just because I asked. Then he accused us of taking his box of Kleenexes, suggested he’d been watching us on cameras, and said I couldn’t complain about him because “he is the manager.” It felt hostile and intimidating, and like a blatant abuse of authority. Between the manager’s conduct, the disregard for guest privacy, the poor upkeep, and the way staff treated us, this hotel didn’t meet even basic expectations. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere until serious changes are made.
