The bed was just a box spring, with no mattress, and it was so hard I could barely move enough to sleep. Sheets and covers had spots and weren’t clean. The floor had black marks, the ceiling was peeling, and the room smelled like an old senior living place. The heater was loud and didn’t work properly. Bedroom outlets didn’t work, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was no fresh air, and no drawers, clock, refrigerator, or microwave. The soap was tiny, and I had to go back to the front desk for a remote that was missing from my room. I walk with a cane, which can be challenging, but nobody offered help. I also wasn’t allowed to use the lobby when I arrived, so everyone had to use the outside office. This hotel isn’t for professional travelers. It seems more suited to homeless or transient people, and it’s a complete rip-off. It doesn’t deserve even one star. How does a place like this get listed on booking sites?

The room was clean, but we’ve been without power for a couple of days and staff haven’t done much to restore it. They also won’t refund even half of what we paid. It’s been really inconvenient.

The office staff were friendly and the room was clean. I left well rested after a very nice stay, and I’ll book here again.

The staff are nice and the rooms are clean, but the beds are hard as plywood and the TV channels are awful. There’s nothing on the walls, either. Rooms should have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There’s nothing close enough to walk to, which is a problem for those of us without a car.

The noise made it impossible to sleep: people were outside their rooms smoking weed, and a dog in a nearby room barked all night. What was meant to be a quick stop during my travels turned into a nightmare. The room was in awful shape. The bed was extremely low, the floors were dirty and clearly hadn’t been mopped, and the towels were stained. There was tissue in the toilet, as if someone had used the room before me. Check-in was unpleasant too, with a rude, unprofessional woman at the front desk. I had a terrible stay at this Motel 6 and would never come back. There are better options nearby. Don’t stay here.
