Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

The lake was a lovely place to walk in the evening, and being on vacation there made it feel like we were in another city, even though I live in Orlando. My girlfriends and I had a lot of fun celebrating one of their birthdays, and I really hope to come back someday. The room worked perfectly for four people, the managers reception was much appreciated, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The omelettes were delicious, as was everything else. I’m so glad I picked this place for us.

We visited Orlando over Christmas week and stayed three nights. The location is great, with lots of stores and places to eat nearby, and the lake next to the hotel was beautifully decorated by the township for the holidays. The common areas seemed well maintained, and the room was clean, though it still felt stuffy. The breakfast was decent, with a make-your-own omelette counter, but the other options were the same each day. They should rotate the food so guests have different things to try. There was only one tea bag variety, while other hotels offer at least four or five. For a hotel this grand, they should add Netflix and Amazon login options to the TV since people like to relax and watch things during their stay. The channels were very limited. The bathroom is definitely outdated and should be renovated. Also, whenever hot water ran, it smelled burnt 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I grew up in Altamonte Springs and hadn’t been to Embassy Suites in ages. It’s a perfect family hotel: the rooms are spacious and updated, the staff are friendly, and the included breakfast has something everyone likes. There’s an indoor pool, and you can walk to shops and Cranes Roost park. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Thanks for a great stay, I’d love to visit again.

I was there for a wedding, not staying as a guest, but the service was amazing, especially Serena. She was such a light, with a great personality, and made me and the others with me feel so welcome. She was patient and helped us with everything we needed. I’m going to Orlando soon and plan to book this hotel because of the great service and perks. 10/10.
