Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel

Our room went uncleaned for a day, and the front desk argued with me. They said they were at full capacity, which wasn't true, then told me to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. The maids were great when I spoke with them, but one corporate operator hung up on me. I won't stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. During the winter storm of the century, they wouldn’t extend my stay, even though I’d only been there a week and had hoped to remain for work. I’m disabled and have serious medical issues. I’ll leave it to God, but if you’re handicapped or have chronic or terminal illnesses, I wouldn’t stay here. They’ll make you leave.

We’ve stayed here many times and are always happy with the experience. The rooms are consistently clean, the pool is nice, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Cheyenne especially stands out for how helpful she is. We’ll keep choosing this Best Western and recommending it to friends and family visiting town.

The staff are great, breakfast has a nice selection, and the location is convenient for restaurants. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and plan to stay again. A little updating in the rooms, carpeting for instance, would make this a five-star Best Western Plus.
