Best Western Plus Altoona Inn

Dani, the manager, really made us feel cared for. She was warm, friendly, and clearly takes pride in making guests comfortable. That kind of service makes a difference, and it's rare to see management go so far for people. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. It was clean and well kept, too. We had such a great experience at Best Western Plus and would absolutely stay again. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

The night worker, who might have been a manager, had longer dark curly hair and was AMAZING. We had booked at another location of the same hotel, but complications came up. She called that location to find out what needed doing, then contacted the third party we booked through and talked me through what to say. She helped get the cancellation confirmed, the refund sorted, and a room booked at this location. She made the whole thing easy, and the service was superior all around. Highly recommend this place. I'll stay here again when I need to. Thank you! ☺️

Check-in was easy, and there are places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was a delight as soon as we came in, with nice decor and friendly people at the front desk. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. I really liked the extra touch of lighting under the bed. Breakfast had lots of options and was really good. Great stay, and I'd highly recommend it if you're in the area.

The rate was great, and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good, and parking was convenient. The location is right off the highway, and the staff were very kind. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area. Thanks.
