The gym is roomy, with lots of cardio choices, free weights, and a bench that goes up to 50 lbs. The rooms are spacious and furnished in a current style, and the bathrooms are large and well stocked. Breakfast was wonderful, all cooked well, and the machines were working. The direct TV option also gives you plenty to watch. Check-in was a smooth, quick start to the stay. Liz was quirky and cheerful and gave us a laugh. Even when the computer caused a hiccup, she breezed through it while explaining the hotel's layout and amenities. She also linked my rewards program after I forgot my membership ID number. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this part of PENNSYLVANIA.

The breakfast was well done with lots of options, and the gym was spacious and quiet when I used the treadmill. Our second-floor room was quiet too, and probably the cleanest Holiday Inn express room I've stayed in. The staff were really friendly.

The mattress and pillows are good, but the room noise was rough. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the people next door talking casually, and it becomes a problem if they keep the TV on all night to sleep. Bring a white noise machine. The doors slam so loudly the floor shakes. They also seem to put guests together, maybe so the cleaning staff can stay on one floor, but that means you're packed close together and hear everyone.

We were cold after riding a motorcycle through rain and darkness, so we pulled in and asked at the desk about a room and the price. It was a bit higher than online, but they helped us out. The people working that shift were very nice and took good care of my son and me.

We'd definitely stay again. There was plenty of parking, nice breakfast choices, and clean rooms. The check-in was easily the best we've ever had: everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating about what we needed for this trip.
