It was a no-frills room, exactly what I expected for the price. The water was hot and the room was clean, and I didn't see any bugs. I'd stay again if I needed a room in a hurry.

The room was okay for an overnight stay, but service was terrible. During my extended stay, they never changed the sheets or brought fresh towels. I had to stop the room cleaner, who spoke no English, and get clean sheets and towels from him myself. At the desk, I was told they change them every three days and that I couldn't leave dirty towels there. I even tried to ask the cleaner to change them the next day, but he didn't. I would have left, but couldn't afford to go anywhere else. The comforter and sheets had burn holes, and an AC outlet was loose and missing its cover. The place was unsafe and unclean.

I stayed in room 142 Thursday night, then in 140 from Saturday through Monday morning with my children. Both rooms were very clean and smelled good, with clean white sheets and no bedbugs in my experience. The motel was clean, cheap, and quiet. The gentleman on the night shift was friendly and helpful. My daughter left her phone behind, and when I came back, he helped me get it back. If you're looking for a clean motel within your budget, I'd recommend it, even compared with more expensive places.

We checked in at 3 pm on Christmas Eve for seven nights while visiting the area for the holidays. The room looked updated and clean, so we left our luggage and went to an evening event. When we got back around 9:30, we sat on the bed with the pillows propped on the covers to watch TV. Within five minutes my husband saw a bed bug on a pillow behind me. We checked out. The attendant said, “who gave you that room? That’s a bad room”. Since we booked through a third party, we came back the day after Christmas to request a refund, and they did issue one. But we found out the General Manager had put us in a “BAD ROOM.” We got a low rate through the third party, but management clearly doesn't care about the people staying there. Avoid it.
