Ramada by Wyndham Fargo

Getting around Fargo was easy from this convenient location, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had a relaxing stay and thought it was good value for the price. A little more variety at breakfast would improve the experience. I’d stay again and recommend Ramada by Wyndham Fargo.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice, and I had fun in the pool. But I hit my elbow on the green slide while going down it. Around 10:00 through 11:00 at night, drunk parents were swearing in the hot tub while their children were in the pool and sleeping. We waited about 30 minutes just to get our room, and the woman at the front desk was rude. The bathroom walls were cracked and chipped. I’m not saying to stay away, but I’d recommend spending the night somewhere else.

This visit was an improvement over my last one. The rooms were nice, the staff pleasant, and the workout area was good. The hard floors were well mopped despite the wet weather, though the hallways could use vacuuming. The pool was chaotic, with other parents not watching their kids. The slides shook really badly when children went down them, dangerously so, and it was nerve wracking.

We came because it was an older hotel and we wanted the pool, but the pool was disgusting too. The slides rattled and moved as you went down, and I got a small slice from the inside of the blue slide. I’d like a refund. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been to 67 countries and found better accommodations in third-world locations. This place should be shut down. Our room was completely disgusting: urine in the toilet, hairballs on the floor and in the trash, gum stuck to the back of the bed, stains all over the curtains and sheets, and a filthy carpet.
