We’ve stayed at pricier hotels with fewer amenities and much less room for our family of six and our dog. Here, there was no pet deposit, the price was very affordable, and the breakfast had lots to choose from. The rooms are a little older, but clearly well maintained. The pool looked super clean, unlike the dingy hotel pools we’ve found at this price, and it was warm, with a hot tub and dry sauna too. They even had a huge tote of clean pool towels ready to use. Seriously impressed, this was the best value for our money.

The people were nice, the place wasn’t run down, and breakfast was good. I stayed six days and found it decent overall, so I’d recommend it. But the water was horrible. It tasted gag-inducing, and even after sitting in a glass from the faucet for half a day, it still wasn’t drinkable. You could notice the difference in your hair after a shower. They need to change the water system.

We drove straight from MA on our cross-country trip in June, and stopped here for the night. It was a comfortable place to rest, with a clean, good-sized room and comfy beds. The staff were very nice, breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, and the low price was a plus. I’d stay here again.

We booked around 7pm on Saturday after driving in, and the gentleman gave us a small discount. Staff were polite and attentive at check-in and check-out. Our second-floor one-room suite had clearly been upgraded, and the whole hotel was very clean, from the hallways and carpets to the bed, walls, and washroom. The room smelled fresh and clean, which I really appreciated as I’m picky about that. The pillows were soft, so bring your own if you prefer a firm one. Breakfast was simple but nice, with make-your-own waffles at least giving us a hot option. Skip the chains and stay here!
