Park Inn by Radisson, Fargo West Acres

I'm not picky, and my standards are very low. I know the service industry is struggling to find people to show up for work, but this place was just filthy. The laminate floor was so dirty it felt like gravel along the edges. And there were BED BUGS, so many of them, large and small. It was a truly damaging experience, and I have no idea how I'll process everything before going home. Don't put yourself or your family through this. I included photos and videos.

The room had bed bugs, which made the stay really uncomfortable and unhygienic. Staff weren't helpful and their behavior was poor. Even providing water, a basic thing for a family with kids, was ignored. Wi-Fi barely worked, and breakfast was disappointing too. They only offered muffins. This was a very bad hotel experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

For a small, clean room with two queen beds, the price was great. It was a quiet night's sleep, just what I wanted: somewhere peaceful to rest and save money. The heater, AC, and shower all worked, though the shower drained slowly. Breakfast was basic, just apples and muffins, lol. I'd stay again. Thank you.

We'd been in the room for 5 minutes when we saw what Google called a “well fed bed bug.” We carried the bug and our belongings to the front desk. The employee offered a room next door, but refused a refund and said we'd need to talk to the owner. When we came back, the owner wasn't there. Staff said the owner would refuse a refund, as usual. The owner apparently claims guests bring the bed bugs with them.
