A bed was broken in our room, so we had to move. Nobody apologized or offered anything to make up for it. Breakfast was exceptionally poor too. Essential items were often missing, and staff reacted when things ran out rather than keeping ahead of it. This was during low occupancy, which makes me wonder how service would be at peak times. I saw a young male employee, presumably in charge of oversight, walking around in a hoodie and on his phone the whole time, then vaping in the back area. I was surprised that seemed acceptable in a professional setting. We travel often and usually think highly of Hilton, but this location fell short. We won't recommend it. Two out of five. Disappointing.

We spent five days here with two rooms, one for us and one for our parents, and neither got cleaned despite repeated requests. The sheets stayed the same throughout. On day three we asked for fresh towels, but they had run out that morning, so we had to reuse ours before going out. We also asked for the rooms to be cleaned and the sheets changed while we were away. Nothing had been done by the time we returned that night, and towels were still unavailable. Breakfast was disappointing for us as vegetarians. Most choices were missing, including the potatoes. Staff kept saying they were “in the oven” or “in the microwave,” but they never appeared. Egg patties also took a long time to restock. We usually love Home2 Suites by Hilton and choose the brand often when traveling, which made this stay especially frustrating. It felt as if the hotel wasn't ready for the long weekend rush.

We had a really comfortable, pleasant stay, and my wife, five kids, and I all fit great. Breakfast was great, and the place felt clean, friendly, and nice. The shower was amazing too. There's a pool, gym, updated TVs, and super-fast internet. We were pleasantly surprised!

We called weeks ahead because the booking portal said a pet stay needed a first-floor room. They said they’d noted both the floor and that it was a pet room, but the front desk said those notes didn’t matter and gave us a second-floor room anyway. I called again a couple of days before arrival to confirm, and they said they had it. We’d also asked for an hour-later checkout and were told that was noted too. I still had to go down to the desk to make sure it was okay, and the guy was awful to deal with. This wasn’t our mistake.
