OYO Hotel Altus N Main St

The area was quiet and free of hassle, and the other guests were friendly. Staff were courteous and looked after what we needed, which made our extended stay enjoyable. Our room was great and extra cold, so I slept really comfortably. I'd absolutely stay again!

It took 2 hours of trying to sort out the double charge, and they didn't want to refund my card. They kept saying they'd call me back, but never did. The people were rude, hung up on me, and weren't helpful at all. Booking the room was a horrible experience, and it sounded more like a scam.

The manager was a rockstar, always kind whether we needed fresh linens or locked ourselves out at 11pm. We had an Extended Stay at OYO, and the room was clean, the bed comfy, and the price right. I have no complaints. We'll stay here again if we need to.

I was left out $53 and had to book another hotel for twice as much because I live out of town. Super.com said my reason for a refund wasn't valid, so they wouldn't return my money. I booked online through super.com for the weekend of November 15th 2024, but when I arrived the hotel was shut down for maintenance. They told me to request the refund through the booking site. When I asked why it had let me book while the hotel was closed, they said they would try to fix it online and hadn't known about the situation. They mentioned someone else had the same problem and would have to get their money back too. If you're booking here, call ahead to check that it's open. After this, I'll call before making any booking again.
