Lilly really impressed me. I was in town for a funeral and noticed the hem had come out of my dress just as I was heading out. I asked for tape or a pen for a quick fix, but she brought out a sewing kit and hemmed it in a few minutes. I've never had hotel service that impressed me more. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff wonderful.

The place was very clean and well kept, with friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast stayed fresh, and the pool and fitness areas were well maintained. The location was ideal, close to Walmart and the boulevard.

Ms. Lily and her team went above and beyond to look after our basketball teams. The hotel was clean and stocked with what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

The staff were amazing, but the air conditioners in every room I tried had mold, and the musty smell was just as bad as it was two years ago. I was hoping things had changed. The mold in the units made my throat close up, which is how I knew. Please clean the air units. It would be so much better. The downstairs hallways smelled and looked clean, upstairs and the rooms on all floors.

The room was clean, but smelled musty. The remote only partly worked, and a bright light outside pointed toward the rooms. Even with the blackout curtains, its light still came through.
