Rachel, the GM, is incredibly accommodating, and you can see the difference in the hotel’s quality. I have a hospitality degree and worked at Cedar Point hotels for four years, and this place might be better than all of them. It looks pretty unremarkable from outside, but the interior speaks for itself. The hotel is immaculate and well worth the price. I’ll be back often. Easy five stars, would give it ten if I could.

I stay in a lot of hotels each year, and this is the best one I’ve been to in many years. The rooms are quiet, with no neighbor or hallway noise, which matters most to me. The staff are friendly, the carpet in the room is comfortable, parking is easy, and there are yummy cookies at the counter. I also love that the bathrooms have fans you can actually hear. That’s rare, and exactly what’s needed. Cheers!

My wife and I make an annual trip around Michigan to see the leaves change, and we found The Harrington Inn on this visit. We loved the beautifully decorated, quiet room, and the staff were great. The next night we stayed at a Hampton Inn and wished we’d booked another night here instead. Such a pleasant surprise in Michigan!

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, so this was a nice surprise. It’s cozy and clean, with more amenities in some ways than the big brand hotels. Being able to cast to the TV easily from my phone was awesome. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The heated pool was perfect, and the kids loved it. Breakfast the next morning was just right, and the room was clean and quiet. Everyone on staff was friendly and even greeted us in the hallway. My family stayed one night while visiting Muskegon State Park, and this was easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. A great experience all around!
