We never got as far as our room. The clerk said we had no reservation, even though we’d paid already, and wouldn’t look it up. She also said we were friends with some girl sitting outside with two puppies. Then she said the property wasn’t pet friendly and used that as another reason not to check us into the prepaid room. We had to go back and forth with her and the booking platform because the story kept changing. We eventually found a much cheaper, cleaner room with better staff up the street at Extended Stay America. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s sad, because it used to feel family friendly and have good, friendly staff.

I’ve stayed here for years, and every visit has been a great experience. They treat me like family, even better than some of my own family. The service is there 24/7, and the room upgrades are really nice. It feels like a home away from home.

I’m in Fremont regularly and usually stay for at least a week. I’ve settled on this as the only place I’ll stay now.

The manager and front desk staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while I was there. The place was clean, nice, and comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything I needed and made it feel like home. I stayed last week and will definitely come back.

The property was really quiet, and our room was spotless. It had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Check-in took only about five minutes, and the woman at the desk was sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Fremont area.
