The view from my room was lovely, and I got the top floor I requested in the app. The front desk guy was very friendly and approachable, and made sure my IHG status was honored. Great hotel, I plan to return.

Really clean hotel, with great staff and breakfast. If you're concerned by reviews mentioning no hot water, let the tub run for a few minutes and it should get hot. Just sharing that in case anyone worries about it. Great hotel!

The room was clean and breakfast was mostly fine, aside from burnt sausage. That's why I'm leaving three stars. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I expect a level of professionalism and upkeep that was missing here. After winter weather over the weekend, the parking lot was still untreated and completely untouched by Tuesday, which felt like a serious safety hazard. The front desk was often empty, and I had to ring a bell for someone to respond. No one offered a choice of welcome amenity; they just put through points without asking whether I wanted a snack or drink. The property is very dated, with old fixtures and ceiling patches from leaks. Staff seemed more interested in gathering at the desk to gossip than helping guests. At checkout, the employee stayed on her phone until I was right in front of her. The place needs major cosmetic updates and much better staff training. It reflects poorly on the IHG brand.

I probably won't stay here again unless the owner renovates and updates it. I was in town for work, checked in, and found the bed unmade and the room unclean. The desk clerk was nice and gave me another room, but that one was still shabby. Its shower curtain smelled sour, had yellow stains, and looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time. The door's safety lock was broken, and the wall AC thermostat didn't work, though I got the unit working directly. This location doesn't meet the IHG standards I'm used to.
