The rooms had decent space, the beds were fine, and the AC got nice and cold. Housekeeping did good work and came every other day. Staff were friendly, breakfast was okay with long serving hours, and the gym was fine. Laundry is 75 cents to wash and 75 cents to a dollar to dry. There are two working washers and dryers. Noise was the big problem: the walls are super thin. There was a shouting match on my floor every night, people ran through the halls, and I could hear the person upstairs stomping around when they woke up. I could even hear other guests flushing. The shower was also frustrating, with weak pressure that made washing my hair take forever, and water that swung between very hot and almost cold. I was disappointed they don’t have digital keys.

We had no reservation and were traveling with our two dogs, but Matt Wookie was kind and accommodating when he checked us in. It’s a very pet-friendly place, and the lobby shop even sells treats. The room was comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast was good, with a small selection of healthier choices. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub, and there’s a lovely patio with a firepit and grills. I wish I’d taken one of those nice pillows home! The bathroom door was difficult to close, and I nearly got stuck inside. Otherwise, it was a great stay, conveniently located for shopping and dining with quick access to I-40. We’ll be back.

The pool was nice, and the hot tub made up for the pool towels not being as good as I’d hoped. Breakfast was amazing, and the place felt clean and safe. The man covering the front desk overnight was very friendly. My one complaint is that none of the outside doors would open with our room key.

The fitness center is always a must for us when booking, and we really liked this one. Our room was clean and roomy, as usual, and the staff were pleasant. It’s in a quiet spot near several restaurants and the highway, and we got a great night’s sleep.

I just checked in for a business trip and the room smells like straight-up dog pee. I have dogs myself, so I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, but this is gross. Staff need to do a better job cleaning.
