Life happens, and they didn't seem to care. I had a reservation under my daughter's name for the date I mentioned, and I have the receipt showing the charge, the reservation, the itinerary, and proof I paid. When illness forced us to postpone the trip, I even asked to move the booking to another day, but they wanted a huge fee. I never used the room for even a minute. The owner responded as if I hadn't made a reservation, which felt insulting. I've sent them all my proof. I'm not confused or lying. I'm not sure about the hotel itself, but I want to warn people about booking ahead. If something comes up, they may refuse any refund unless you provide documents like a doctor's note, hospital bill, or mechanic's bill, even if you paid for protection. What do you do when your grandkids have been throwing up for 20 hours and the trip is delayed by a day? Pay $500 for urgent care to get a doctor's note so you can get $100 back on a motel? Does Quality inn really need the money that badly? There was no sympathy, and they wouldn't change the date without a big charge. Don't reserve with them unless you're prepared to lose your money.

We really liked our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and good. The front desk was friendly and welcoming, and he even sent us off with fresh fruit for the road. The rooms are reasonably priced too. We'll definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly, and we'd definitely stay here again. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a shower with the newer water pressure. Breakfast had waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, and orange and apple juice.

The bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly and answered our questions. Still, we found a cockroach on the wall, so I didn't feel okay leaving our things on the floor and balanced everything on the suitcase stand overnight. There was also a burn mark on the sheet.

The attendant was friendly, and the place was easy to find, but the room wasn't what I expected. It had two beds and the heater worked. The highway location was pretty loud, and the old carpet was dirty and needs replacing. Whenever we turned on the bathroom light, a strong cigarette smell spread through the whole room. It was so intense it felt like someone was smoking in the bathroom.
