We arrived late with two babies and ended up without rooms. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Nobody offered help or compensation for the trouble. A few days before arriving, I’d booked two double queen non-smoking rooms because we had two INFANTS. At check-in, the desk told us we had two smoking rooms. I refused them, and after a call she found two non-smoking rooms, but one was a single king and the other a double queen. She checked that they were clean and said one smelled of bleach. The double queen did smell like bleach, but at least it was clean. The king looked clean at first, then we saw black dirt or some substance on the pillow and top of the bed. Under the sink was something I can only hope was peanut butter. I took photos and included them with this review. We went back to complain. She said the rooms couldn’t be cleaned that late, and the only other rooms were smoking, which definitely smelled of smoke. So we were left with nowhere to stay, late at night, with two screaming babies.

The rooms were dirty and the property was badly maintained, so we canceled and went to a better motel.

My latest stay, August 4th-7th 2025, was horrible. I was in town for my brother’s funeral and booked two rooms. The clerk entered the wrong dates for the second one, and my cousin got locked out. The night clerk wouldn’t help us or even let him get his belongings. My room was filthy and infested with roaches. I spent every night fighting them, and management refused to refund me. Please look at the pictures I took. Years ago, things were different. Ms. Arlisa, thank you for a pleasant stay. Your staff was spectacular, the room was very clean, the shower was comfortably hot, and the beds felt like clouds. We’ll be back!

I had to try four rooms before I found one where I could sleep. The cigarette and weed smells were suffocating. The tub had peeling paint, so I couldn’t shower.

The TV had no signal and I couldn’t get any channels, which is the one thing I’d expect to work at a place like this. I plugged my laptop into it with an HDMI cord, but the Wi-Fi was so poor that the stream lagged every two minutes. The shower made a screaming noise when I turned it on, and there were no outlets on one side of the bed. I ran the AC full blast all night, but the room still felt stagnant and almost humid, even though it hadn’t rained. I know this isn’t a great hotel, but the stay was brutal. I’d recommend the Days Inn next door.
