They made us feel like family. Every staff member was so kind and went out of their way for us ❤️.

The bathroom was awful. The shower nozzle seemed broken, spraying water up at the ceiling, and the wall looked like someone drunk had tried to patch it. I had to return to the desk to get the rest of the towels. The white towels were stained, too, even though white is standard in most hotels so stains can be spotted and the towels thrown out. Our room was hot, and even with two fans running it stayed warm. The AC worked, but was beat up, and without directional vents the air blew across the floor. The safety lock on the door was broken. The desk also seemed like a safety hazard, and the pool was closed, as with most Indian run Motel 6s. I would have run out of there if the cancellation policy hadn't stopped me. I don't understand how this place gets decent reviews. I'm sending pictures to corporate, though I don't know if it'll help.

We mainly wanted a safe, comfortable place to sleep after spending time around the area, and this worked out perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, the front desk staff were courteous and accommodating, and pets stay free with no deposit or extra fees. Taco Reys is only about a minute's walk away and has excellent food. It's an old building, and you won't get a lavish or heavily furnished room, but the owners have done a good job keeping the rooms fairly updated.

We were exhausted when we reached town at 6 am after evacuating Florida because of hurricane Milton, and the hotel let us check in without an early fee. Management was extremely helpful and took great care of our family during a very stressful time. The building is old but well maintained. Thank you for easing some of what we were going through.
