I wouldn’t recommend this lodge to anyone who expects respectful communication or decent customer service. The place itself isn’t very good and doesn’t meet reasonable expectations, but the service was the main problem for me. I contacted them politely to follow up on a reservation issue, and both the receptionist and manager were rude and dismissive. They didn’t make an effort to listen or help, and the interaction was uncomfortable and frustrating.

The rooms were clean and well kept, which made the stay comfortable. Everyone in the lobby was friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout our visit. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and great service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We had no issues and would come back. The place felt safe and very quiet, parking was easy, and the rooms were accessible. The room itself was nice and clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Booking was easy and check-in was quick. There’s a charging station for electric cars right across the street. Great location and price. Nothing bad to say.

A huge bed bug woke me up at 4 a.m. by biting me. I was there overnight while waiting for a connecting flight, and paying $85 for one night only to get bitten is completely unacceptable. I asked the front desk for a refund or some kind of compensation, but they refused. Two days later, they emailed me saying there were no bed bugs. They’re such liars, shameless. Instead of apologizing, they lied. What, did I bring a bed bug with me and make it bite me just to leave a bad review? The audacity of these disgusting people. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else. I repeat, there are bed bugs here. Do not stay here.
