We had to ask for a room change late at night after seeing cockroaches crawling on the bed near a pillow. When we told the front desk, they called it “normal.” We were traveling with children, and rather than properly addressing it, staff suggested we take a refund and leave in the middle of the night. That felt highly unprofessional and unsafe. The room itself was in very poor shape: stained floor, sticky table and desk with food crumbs, and dirty refrigerator and microwave. The microwave was burnt inside, and there appeared to be mold or fungus in the appliances. There was a strong unpleasant odor. Bathroom taps and fixtures were dirty and hard to touch, and the towels smelled bad and didn’t seem properly washed. The experience was unacceptable for cleanliness, safety, and service. I can’t recommend this place to families or anyone expecting basic hygiene.

The location was very convenient for where I needed to go, and the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. But the room and sheets weren’t clean, and the bathroom was the dirtiest part. There was hair all over the tub, including pubic hair, like someone had just showered and left it behind. It seemed like housekeeping wasn’t doing its job.

We were staying as a family and had two men repeatedly knocking on our door. We were scared, so we called the front desk for help. They told us to call the police and said there was nothing they could do. We expected the hotel to deal with trespassers on its property and help keep guests safe, not leave three women to handle it themselves. The room was disgusting too: stained bed, pubic hair in the bathroom, and what looked like bed bugs. The floors were filthy, and my socks turned completely black after I walked barefoot for a short time. There was a TV but no remote. Changing rooms wouldn’t help, since they were all just as bad. The room smelled strongly of mold, and I didn’t feel safe staying there. From the start, there was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes, loud music from cars, and what appeared to be prostitution on the property, with half-dressed women outside and going in and out of rooms. There was constant knocking on doors, and it felt uncomfortable and unsafe right away. My flight had been canceled, and I booked this place because it was cheap and close to the airport. I knew it might not be great, but didn’t expect this. It needs to be inspected. I’d never recommend it, especially to families or people unfamiliar with the area.

The noise made it impossible to rest. Planes flew loudly overhead all night, and when they eased up, a train horn started. The doors were thin, so I could hear everything outside, and I could also hear the neighbors through the walls. The beds were awful, on hard metal frames that squeaked with every movement. One bathroom towel for a room with two double beds. The floors were so dirty that shoes or socks were a must, with drops of something in spots that kind of looked like blood. The sheets were very dirty, the thin comforter was stained, and the walls were covered in dirty footprints and mud. When I checked the mattresses, there was either dirt or bed bugs on them. I’m hoping it was dirt, but I’m not sure. The room smelled horrible, and the AC unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least 10 years. It smelled like pond water and mold and didn’t cool the room. The ice maker was broken, and the TV remote was snapped in half. I tried to cancel the next night, but the booking company told me to call the hotel, and the hotel told me to call the company. No refund, just a complete runaround. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’d give it negative 20 if I could.
