Jamary told me I was all set when I came back inside, after my boss had called the hotel and sorted out the reservation. The odd part was that Charmaine had given me the hotel’s 800 number, and someone just a few feet from her answered and fixed it. At check-in, she’d said my name wasn’t on the reservation and needed to be added, even though I explained the room was for work and I wouldn’t be paying. She asked for my ID and credit card, then asked my name with an attitude. I wasn’t rude to her, but she was completely rude to me. I waited in my car for about 15 minutes while my boss handled it. She should find another job if she doesn’t like working with guests.

The staff were really pleasant, and Jamare' at the front desk was especially helpful and gave great customer service. The room was clean, the surroundings were nice, and I had a great stay.

That bed started vibrating in the middle of the night and woke us up. Some machine was humming, I guess, and the whole thing shook for about 10 minutes. It was so strange. I was there for an overnight layover, and the shuttle was one reason I booked. Two buses stopped, but they were packed with crowds of passengers and we couldn’t get on. We finally made it onto the third bus, which stopped right in front of us.

I slept well and would come back. The bed was cozy, and I had a really nice stay. Just know that the bistro service wasn’t great, so maybe get your food through Uber Eats. Also, the smoke detector in the room had a bright blinking light. It didn’t really bother me, but I thought it was odd.

The airport shuttle driver was very courteous, and the lobby looks beautiful. The rest of the place was a letdown. The smell was not welcoming at all, the bed felt like a brick, and the flat pillows smelled like someone’s dirty head. The carpet was dirty and smelled bad too. As a VERY loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I wish I could leave a good review, but I can’t with this location.
