Residence Inn Houston Tomball

If I'm ever in the Tomball area and need a hotel, this would be my choice. The staff at the front desk and management were very friendly while clearly explaining the rules about pets, internet use, and other things, and they hold people to a high standard. The place looked modern and very clean, the atmosphere was excellent, and our room was about perfect, with all the amenities we needed and TVs that worked like a charm. For this price range, it's the kind of hotel others should aim for. Thanks to everyone for all the work you do for people passing through Tomball.

The pool looked great and kid friendly, and the patio seemed like a nice place to hang out, though we didn't get a chance to use them. We had our two dogs with us, and the friendly staff made the paperwork easy. The beds were comfortable, and after driving in late from Dallas, I slept well and woke up rested. Breakfast staff were kind, helpful, and kept the serving area and tables tidy. The front desk went above and beyond when I realized I needed another night for the dogs because my daughter's competition would run late. The woman at the desk on Sep 27, 2025, found options, including one we could move into right away, so we didn't have to return later to switch rooms. She also told me about Tomball's farmers market that morning and a festival that afternoon. Those little touches meant a lot. I'd definitely book here again.

The breakfast offered a good range of choices, and the kitchen staff were around to help and keep the tables and serving spaces clean. The bedding and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very nice and courteous.

The whole property was clean and quiet, which made the stay relaxing and easy. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.
