Windsor Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was lovely, and the food and drinks at both Floyd’s and Rosemary & Thyme were excellent. All the staff were kind, professional, helpful, and good at their jobs. We couldn't roll the luggage cart all the way to our door because we had to get over a few steps in the hallway on the 3rd floor. The Gen Mgr responded promptly and thoroughly to a couple of concerns we raised. We'll be back!

Kennedy and Kamiya made my stay at the Windsor Hotel in Americus, Georgia, easy and enjoyable. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. They made sure everything was handled with upbeat attitudes and great energy. Their customer service was top-tier, and they're a real asset to the hotel. If you're staying here, you're in good hands with them at the front desk. I appreciate their help and highly recommend the hotel because of the service they gave me.

We were glad we stayed at this beautiful historic hotel. The design and furnishings were wonderful, the room was comfortable, and parking was free right outside the door. Check-in staff were great, and it was nice to have a restaurant for dinner. The food was very nice, though the service was unfortunately poor. Breakfast food and service were excellent. A great experience overall, and reasonably priced.

My first stay at the Historic Windsor Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The building has plenty of charm and history, with beautiful architecture and a great atmosphere. Vicki at the front desk was friendly and professional, helped me check in, and made sure my needs were met. I also relaxed with a few drinks and some food at the second floor bar, where the service was great. I was in the Americus area for business and highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely return on my next trip.
