The window could use more weather stripping. When the wind picked up it whistled, almost like the room was harmonizing with the prairie breeze. It wasn't a big deal, just something we noticed. The property was clean, well maintained, and a solid value. The staff made the stay, though. Everyone seemed personally invested in making sure we had a good visit, from the kind man serving breakfast to the friendly, patient, helpful front desk clerks. Housekeeping greeted us with contagious smiles too. They made us feel welcome from arrival onward and reminded me why customer service used to be legendary. We left impressed and appreciated, already talking about coming back.

Larry in the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful, and the food was great. He kept everything spotless and showed real care in his work. Dakota also gave us a great welcome and got our room set up. Both were terrific with customers. I'd highly recommend this place, 5+.

Getting help at the front desk was a miserable experience. Looking up my IHG number was difficult, booking was painful, and getting a receipt the next morning was a disaster. I called back hoping another person could sort it out, but the problem still wasn't fixed. The receipts didn't match what had been charged to my card, so I couldn't get proper reimbursement from my employer. It was easier to lose money than deal with more desk headaches. Thanks for the terrible experience, hours wasted, and money lost.

We stayed eight nights, and Larry was friendly, helpful, and efficient every time. He kept the breakfast bar clean and stocked with a variety of nutritious, tasty food. It was the best breakfast bar I've had in all my travels. The HI express also had helpful staff and great service. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our one-night stay, though we didn't use the pool, workout room, or hot tub.
